Jeanne Hall, MS, Rd, CDE
Jeanne is a certified Nutrition and Diabetic Educator who volunteers her time at the SOS Clinic to teach and educate our patients about staying healthy. She also provides nutritional assessments, medical nutrition therapy, and nutrition education to patients with high cholesterol, heart disease, and weight management for obesity. She has also facilitated smoking cessation classes.
